The blood volume in an adult human body is approximately 5.6 liters. During blood donation, a donor donates a maximum of 10%. Our body has an amazing ability to restore all lost blood cells. Dangerous blood loss occurs when the volume of circulating blood decreases by 40%: the loss of 2 liters of blood leads to the death of a person. Such blood loss can occur due to wounds in war, both on the battlefield and as a result of missile strikes on the civilian population. Saving a life means stopping the bleeding in a timely and effective manner.

During the performance, a red thread slowly pulls out of the hole for feeding a child in a dress, which in a stream covers the floor of the entire gallery, and then gathers in one place, in such a volume that is life-threatening.
